District 25 is comprised of 9 Little Leagues in the Westside of Los Angeles including, Malibu, Santa Monica, Culver City, North Venice, Beverly Hills, West LA, Culver Marina, Ladera and University. The District acts as a Liasion between these Leagues and Little League Western Region and International Headquarters.
District 25 is managed by Marty Hoy and is made up of Volunteers from the Local Leagues who oversee Games in the Little League International Tournament
